FULL CIRCLE group retreat is a 5 day programme you need to fit into your schedule this year. Miliya runs programmes on specific dates (TBA). The full circle programme has varied  disciplines compiled to create a 5 day blitz. All inclusive in your package is yoga classes, pilates reformer, cardio, meditation, spa treatments, 3 meals daily, a cooking class and some healing horse work shops. If your goal is to improve your strength, endurance and mindfulness you will need to attend this retreat. 

This is a different kind of retreat where you and some friends, clients and or family can enjoy your own retreat with your own private house, chef and yoga teacher. 

If you are a practitioner we can cater a holiday programme that will bring your group together for a wonderful experience for you all to share. The package comprises of massages, 3 healthy meals daily which are catered by our own locally chosen chef. There is a relaxation lounge situated next to the yoga studio where a selection of teas are dispalyed for you to enjoy. 

Ideal for both beginners or aficionados our pilates reformer bootcamp holiday programme will define lengthen and tone your body.This retreat offers 2 group classes daily and 1 private reformer class. The all inclusive package offers massages, spa treatments and an infrared sauna. This is a 5 day package.(TBA).

Miliya offers a 5 day fitness programme which will bring your fitness to the next level. The programme consists of PT sessions consisting of resistance, cardio, core and flexibility classes added to aid the programme.The group yoga and group pilates reformer classes are all designed to help you achieve your goals. Included in your package is a number of group classes with some private one to one sessions. You have 3 healthy meals catered by our  locally chosen chef, protein shake daily, infrared sauna and one massage. All other treatments requested are at a discounted rate of 10%.(TBA)
